We will be rolling out a brand new communication platform: a chat utility, also known as 'instant messaging.' The new feature will allow parents and teachers to have personal conversations online, without the haste of phone calls or physical meetings. However, we recommend actual meetings at least once a year, and the Online Reservation System can help coordinate meetings.
We are extremely satisfied with this new feature, and truly believe it will enhance the parent-teacher connection, streamline communications, and ultimately improve grades. Stay tuned for more updates, and a listing in the features section.
