Parent-Teacher Conference Reservation Module

The Parent Teacher Conference online reservation system allows for an automated and organized approach to conducting government mandated annual teacher conferences. School administrators configure times and dates as desired and set breaks and availabiliy information for teachers. Parents then login and use the module to schedule meetings with their children’s teachers.

The module will not allow parents to schedule meetings that conflict with either their own schedule or the teacher’s schedule. Additionally, parents only see their children’s teachers (not a list of all the teachers), so parents don’t have to search through a long list of teachers or remember who their children’s teachers are.

Conference schedules are automatically emailed to parents, and a reminder is sent out 48 hours before their first meeting. Teachers can print their conference schedules to guide them through a smoother, more organized conference day. Of course, dministrators have complete control to view, update, manage, schedule, and cancel any reservations.

The reservation platform simplifies the intricate task of organizing meetings and eliminates any errors or schedule conflicts, allowing your conferences to run very efficiently.

ParentLocker not only enables us to sign up for and access Parent-Teacher Conferences with ease, it also enables easy-access to our hot lunch ordering program. Teachers now almost exclusively use ParentLocker to communicate via email and to update parents on their class' progress in their virtual classrooms.
